Founded in 1984 by Dave Pearce, Pearce Construction first began building homes in the Santa Rosa, Bodega Bay and the Alexander Valley areas of California. In 1993, Dave decided to move the company to Reno after falling in love with the area. Soon after, Pearce Construction began building custom homes in Saddlehorn, the first upscale master-planned community located in the foothills below beautiful Mount Rose.

The area has grown over the years and we have branched out. Our homes can now be found in neighborhoods around the Reno area. Most of our work is located in:
Juniper Ridge, Caughlin Ranch and Saddlehorn, and the gated communities of St. James's Village, Eagle's Nest, Montreux, and ArrowCreek.
