I like your design ideas and the chandelier is adorable. The background is a little loud for my tastes and is kind of distracting and I'm not sure if the links are working as they hoped. It is a great start though!

There is nothing about it I don't like. I think you used color effectively, and I love your rollovers.

Sooo I fixed the text to where it also lights up in addition to the spotlights when you rollover it. And I put TMCC in there, because for some reason it wasn't showing up before.

I tried with making the buildings light up but it didn't look right in all the ways I tried it. The brush didn't lend itself well for being "lit up" I guess. I'll try getting the text to light up the same color as well.

I think its coming along really well! My one nitpicky thing is the type you used for the body copy is very hard to read, so you might want to swap it for something more legible? Other than that it looks great!
