I like your first set of designs more than the second. I think they both work well, I would just recommend tuning the green down so it isn't so neon and harsh on the eyes. After that I think it can instantly work better! Good job!

I would say I prefer your second set of designs right now. The TMCC background is working really well and assists in making the images pop out a little more. It is also slightly easier on my eyes and I think it's flowing well. Good job!

I really enjoy these designs but right now I think the second design is working. I think blue is a nice touch that contrasts well and catches attention. The first design makes everything slightly blend together which may be hard to maneuver. I would go with the blue design. Good job!

I have to agree with what everyone else is saying. I prefer your second set of designs as I feel the contrast works better than the lime green on white. Overall, they're looking good. I think heavier fonts for the navigation can make it even better! Good work!
