Figured out why it wouldn't save for web and devices. You have to have 8 bit color mode turned on. My project was done in 32 bit color. I used transparencies for the text boxes though because I wanted the background to show through them in a ghostlike appearance. However, when I switch to 8 bit color my text boxes disappear entirely and my text doesn't show well. So to save for web and devices I must first make my project unreadable...
