Project03 late

Hi All,
I'm so sorry for turning in Project 3 late, I struggled a lot with it and it is still not perfect but at last, I have to turn in what I have. The overall website is built well but I was having many issues with the navigation bars positioning being different on Dreamweaver, the preview window, and also being different during the final URL link.
