I like your second layout. I like the font you chose and I like the background picture. I think your nav needs to be spaced out a little bit more but besides that I think its a cool design.

Second choice, the colors and use of imagery for a background really appeals to me on this, I would play with the shape more to maybe curl the borders or maybe even add a bit of transparency.

Nicely done, your designs are amazing, I lean more towards your second design. The image you're using for the second layouts calls attention 100%, your design image could be a good representation of TMCC. Nice work.
