Both are good design but I think the first one works the best. Its simple, easy to read, and looks easy to navigate.

I like your rough 2 layout the best, the text on your homepage is a little hard to read. Great job!

Susie, After seeing the original website, they are in a dire need of help. I wouldn't go visit with the website they have, but after seeing your rendition, I would definitely go. I like the second design the best, but either one is nice. Great job!

I like your first design, it looks very professional. I like the gold color you chose for your navigation bar. Maybe make the nav bar stretch across the page more.

I like your second design this one it is very clean and easy to navigate.
I would make more readable your text by adding some thickness to it.

I like the second one best! If you are able to I would bulk up the font on the front of the picture so you can see it a bit easier, I know for seniors it would blend in or totally get lost, and those might be the exact ones you want spending money at the resort!
