For preliminary critique

For preliminary critique are we expected to have our roughs done in Dreamweaver or Photoshop? Or doesn't it matter?

I'd rather do them in Dreamweaver but it's up to you, Michael. Just let me know.

Whatever you want to do them in, good sir. My only stipulation is that whatever medium you do them in, that it presents the ideas effectively for critique. Presenting your ideas effectively and getting feedback is most critical here. I leave those choices up to you.
