Hey Spencer,
I really like how this design looks, especially the first/index page because of the navigation covering the top half of the screen. I can envision the picture of the campus down below moving and cutting to different shots, so it will be cool if you found some videos to pull this off haha. I also do enjoy the mouse wire being continuous on the second page from top to bottom, it adds to the flow of the elements quite nicely and retains the viewer's attention--great visual design work! So far, I don't have any real harsh critiques to say about this because it looks well made, so, I can't wait to see how this site looks once it's live! Great work!
