About the site map... is this a paper thing? Or does it go somewhere on the website... or Project page on project 1?
A little unclear there.
Also, if I don't have time to get my Project one site fixed to include information about Project 3... and Project 2... is that critical?

Your site map is the outline of the architecture of your site. I talked about site architecture a few weeks back. Here's a link with most of the relevant info:
