I think the top one is better designed but that image seems disconnected from anything without a proper explanation. To be honest when I see your poster without context, and the clock it says to me; "This program will take a shit ton of time and energy." which isn't really the goal I think...

I really love the typography on the first one, the second has a cool swipe element but I feel like it was used too much, seems overbearing, I would combine the two but use that cool swipe graphic sparingly, just as a punch of coolness.

Shrink the navigation so it only takes up the header image, i like the transparency. The grey bottom is very boring, just make it white and play with your typography.

The second ones seem less crowded but the green gradient isnt working.

The first one seems less... extreme I guess. I like that it feels more TMCC to me.

Hard to choose becuase they are all visually similar, but the second has nice header quality, I would not use the translucent box and just go with simple white.

I like the square bounding box around the text on the first one, I would work on the background image however, your current image is too busy, I would either find an image that has very little information (stuff) where that text will be (like a blue sky with no clouds or some kind of ground) or you ...

I'm liking the idea of the first one but it seems a bit cluttered. Also obscuring the navigation text is a bad idea. Having a cool looking website is a goal, but the main objective is to have the information very accessible and easy to find.

The second one (pen) seems like a more developed idea, I don't understand the pen and water connection but if you had some ink staining the water, making a cool design, it may connect them better.

I like the Bottom one only because it seems minimalistic but its really really rough and the placement of text seems arbitrary.
