You totally got a real LOL moment from me on that student art gallery! And Dan's bio!
I love the cover design. No doubt you will see comments about the green, but I like it.
If I was 17 and looking at which design school I wanted to go to. this site would make me want to go here.

I love the spotlight design you created here. The font works well. Having things centered was a good choice with this design.
I really like it.

Great job of breaking up the large amount of information on that first page (use of the black box, and positioning).
I like the pictures you captured of the faculty.

Alax, your sites always look sharp. You combine different fonts on a page well. Your graphics are clean and bold. I am not sure about the GRC logo that extends past the top of your page, onto the background. It feels like a mistake rather than a design element. But if that's the only negative thing ...

Like the very professional offerings. tending towards the green design. Love the links. I would put some space between the C in GRC and the top band.

I like everything about it.

After reading Chris' explanation of rotated div's I'm thinking you should def do this. It's a great idea. I'd like to be able to do more stuff like this in the future. And someone mentioned a couple of items to add color. I think that's definitely needed.

I like it! I think it's perfect for a science site. minimal design is perfect for science.
agree that centered text is never a great idea.
