Re: Project Four Preliminary
As much as I hate TMCC's lime green, I actually like your second one of these, Christine. Though I do love Bowser as an instructor. Make sure he comes along. I especially like it's mobile design. I like the 1960s mod block background texture. I think it's a fun background that adds a great bit of vi...

Re: Project Two Final(late)
Oh, the rad topo map one! This came out really cool, Noah. You should be proud. This looks almost exactly like your design and the changes you did make are improvements. The whole thing comes back to the super cool topographic map background image. That thing's cool as all get out and helps lead the...

Re: Project 2 final
You should be happy with the final product, Melissa. I thought it came out nicely indeed. It's bright and sunny, like your design, and carries that sense of happy optimism throughout it. As with your design, your tints and shades of pink are working well. The whole compositions points to the photo i...

Re: Project 2
You're right not to trust Dreamweaver, Ashton. It is, by and large, a lying liar who lies. However, in this one instance, it seems to have worked. I see all your files and your website seems to be working. Even your Project Three and Four placeholders are working. Nice! As with your design, this one...

Re: Project 02 Final
It sounds like your home network was not allowing you to upload, Aub. Though, when I looked in your student folder, I found a correctly set up site root inside a ZIP folder. I downloaded it, unzipped the file and loaded the unzipped sire root files and it worked. https://www.grc175.com/student/sprin...

Re: Project-Two final!
Awesome! Glad to see you got it up, Laura. And you got the overlapps working! You were just about to throw your hands up and walk away a couple weeks ago. Feel free to use this one as a test zone as your skills expand. I was concerned that you were going to have to sacrifice the depth of your design...

Re: Project 2 Final
Wow! That really came out, Benjamin. I know you were really struggling with it and it's awesome to see if pay off. As with your design, this whole thing is carried by two things. The first is that awesome background image of yours. I love that it provides a great visual center and provides us a clue...

Re: Project 2 Final
Your files are up and I can see them when I click on your name on the Student Work page. That bird continues to crack me up. The look on his face looks like mine whenever I got too deep in a coding session and had to come back to reality. He's a great metaphor for learinng web design. And then he ge...

Yup! The link works. It's a nice clean layout at the moment. You've got quite a start going with your text. I especially like the bodycopy font. It stands out next to your others. The black background is grat for contrasting things like your white type off of. You've got good slots for your images i...

Re: Project 2 Final
It looks like you've done your best to preserve the cleanliness of your design as you've built it in HTML. You've carried through the gentleness of your design into this website build. I like the use of the small sans-serif type as it makes the whole thing look like a menu from a classy restaurant. ...
