Re: Project 3
True that, Austin. All you have to do is try to put a website up once with Dreamweaver and you'll be looking for other solutions. That's why I offer/push you towards Filezilla. I like this oldschool newsletter you went for, Austin. It seems like something printed on an antique printing press. You to...

Re: Project 03 Final
Cupcakes! Every time I see a student do this website, it makes me hungry. This one is a particularly good job. It's even a bit responsive. The pink and white colorscheme works so well. It's so clean and goes so well with the pastries. I like that each page has a large image area and your make good u...

Re: Project03 final
Yeah, I feel your pain, Seungwoo. I've been building websites for decades and I still struggle with the code. I like your color choices here though. The purple is not so dark that I can't see the text in it. The white background makes for a good framing device. And I like the tints and shades of pur...

Re: Project 3 final
It never ceases to amaze me how an author that big can have a website that... unfortunate. You've done an excellent job improving it, Melissa and you should be proud. I like the way it hits you right away with a big stack of books. You have a real talent for these big central pieces in your layouts ...

Re: project 3 final
Everything works! Nice job, Aub. Your attention to detail is shining through with this one. One little detail that stands out to me is that, aside from the "2024 Reading Challenge" banner on the home page, you use the same typeface all through the website and then use different weights to ...

Re: Project Three Final
Unfortunately the link did not work for me, but I was able to find the link to your website. It's HERE , BTW. I really like your emphasis on that spiral logo. It's a big hub in the middle of your homepage with all the products as a little constellation of stars around it. The product images do a gre...

Re: Project 3 final
Hm. This one came out pretty interestingly. I love that firework background image. It immediately grabs the eye and doesn't let go. Makes for a hitter of a homepage. The choice of white type against the black makes for good contrast that really comes out. The serif type works decently here, since it...

Re: project 3 final
Hey there, Verenisse. That link is a local link on your computer. The link to your website is: https://www.grc175.com/student/spring-2024/verenisse-rincon/project03%20-vr/index.html After having a look at your background images (see below), I like where you were going with this one. It felt like som...

Re: Prelim. po4
I like your bubbly first design, Olivia. It feels fun! Those bubbles really are a lot of fun. That's a good background texture you have there. I think you should run with it. I like the way your header and footer frame your page content. They act as such a good visual container for your bouncing bub...

Re: Project 4 prelim
I don't think there's quite enough pages here, but at least there are two designs. I definitely prefer your second design though. Much better contrast. That second design has such firmly defined sections. Each of the sections has a purpose, and there is no wasted space. So crisp! I love the big imag...
