It looks cool but the home link doesn't always work... it looks like only the bottom half of the button works but the text itself and the top part of the button don't do anything. I'm guessing the problem is that there's another div that's over part of the home button div?

I think this is a huge improvement, the only thing I would suggest is making the header just a bit smaller on the first layout. Otherwise, it's coming along really nicely n_n
