FINAL Project 3

Well folks, thanks for a really awesome semester! Looks like it's coming to a close. :( I want to thank BreeAnn & Courtney for providing me with some of their amazing artwork for my Project 3. Here is the gateway to my FINAL project for GRC-175, Project3: http://www.grc175.com/student/spring_201...

Re: Project 3 Preliminary

Hi Michele, I would go with the blue & white design. I love the way it looks and feels. The navigation works really well. The photos at the bottom just over the footer looks really nice. My suggestion would be to maybe color the TMCC logo the same blue as your footer and nav hover. It's a really...

Re: Project 3 preliminary

Hi Grace, I think both designs are fantastic! I am totally leaning towards your preliminary 1 design though. I love the layout and how the home page body hugs the left of the page, when the classes page body doesn't. I love that it is a design that you can make different for each page but maintain t...

Re: Project 3 - Roughs

Hi Eduardo, I would go with the rough 1 design. I like the background images (and how it's lightened) and the layout better. My suggestions would be, maybe a little margin or padding on the top of your nav bar, and maybe consider lightening the green containers (opacity) in the body of your page. Gr...

Re: Project Tree Rough

Hi Allie! You have just opened my eyes to designing websites differently. As far as I can tell, both of your designs use the same layout. This is awesome because it has shown me that one layout can have very different feels depending on your styles. I've been picking two different layouts from my th...

Re: Project 3 Roughs

Hi Ivor, I would go with the blue design. It is (once again from you) extremely visually pleasing. When I saw you somehow managed to make the desert floor blue, I was sold! It just so happens that I also think your blue design is more 'web-fun'. All of the navigation elements are not too big or too ...

Re: Project Three - Preliminary Critique

Hi Stephanie, You already know how much I love your work, but here is my suggestion for your project 3 roughs: I think your desgin1-home page should be paired with your design2-pages format. The design1-pages are great too, but maybe try them without color, or maybe use a lighter color for all the p...

Re: Project 3 Prelim

Hi BreeAnn, I think your design 2 looks nice. The colors with the black & white have a crispness to it, giving it a real WOW factor. I like your design 1 much better. For me personally, the black, white and gray with the 'real-life' colors of the photo is awesome. My only suggestion for design 2...

Re: Jared - Project 2 - Final :D

Hi Jared,

Really nice!! It's visually fantastic. I love that you have it show both planes by clicking 'fleet', and then when you click on a drop-down plane you get the details. Really nice touch!

Re: Final project#2

Hi Allie,

I like what you came up with. Very clean and easy to look at. Very nice. You did something a little unconventional on your 'about' page (in my opinion) by putting the photo outside of the area with the text, but it totally works! Nice job! :D
