I definitely prefer your first design. The color choices work well and the layout is simple. There's too much going on in the background of your other design.

Both designs are clean and easy to navigate. The 2nd one works better for me. The placement of the TMCC logo is more good. The 2nd layout just feels better to me.

Both designs are cool but I prefer your gold design. The pattern is interesting and goes well with the font you chose for the Graphic Communications title.

Both are well-laid out. I like the layouts with the picture of Dan on the front of it best. The font choices are good. Everything is easy to read and find.

I love the rainbow bars at the top of your first design. This layout is the one I prefer. The background is cool and the effect you have on the text works well with the background. I agree with Joe and Lauren. Go with the peachy color and adjust the opacity. The amount and flavor of the green is too much in my face.

Both are terrific designs. I prefer the blue one. The silhouette at the bottom is cool and the blues and the greens work well together.
