GRC 175 Learning and Discussion Forum

Heres some stuff for people to use if they want its Mr. Fredrickson from up as a fruit man, an animal hybrid and a painting all done in photoshop.

I really like both of these designs and especially with how you played with your images to give them that added layer of texture. My only critique would be for your trendy stock design theres a lot of body copy on the pages so id shorten those or break them up more. great job!

I love how fun and exciting both of these designs are however I agree that they do seem a little specific and stray away from the GRC programs target audience a bit which includes a variety of design methods and styles not that I don't love them because I do I'd just keep that in mind as you design ...

Nice designs I really like the direction you went with on your second design. Its a solid idea and looks more unique than your first design my only critique is the sideways buttons they are difficult to read and distracting. So I think reworking that would really help nice work overall.

They are simple but its nice to have an idea of how you want to layout the information. That said I think your design would be stronger if you scaled down or drop the opacity of those colored boxes because they are covering up your nice background images and taking over the pages. Here are my ideas for project #3 still playing around with them. They both took a contemporary style I feel they are a bit empty or lacking in something so I might add some shapes or incorporate some patterns. please let me know what you all think thanks!
