Project 4 FINALLLLL!!!!!

Hi guys, here it is...the final project. I can't believe 4 months ago so many of us knew anything about coding...I honestly still feel like I don't but somehow here we are making functional sites. I achieved most everything I was trying to. I still think it looks a little amateur (especially at smal...

Re: project 4 prelimmmm

Hi Kelsey,

Both of these look very professional. I think I enjoy your first concept more though, as I love that little green swoop in the bottom right hand corner. It adds some nice visual interest while still keeping the overall design very simple

Re: Project 4 Preliminary

Hi hi,

I agree with Michael in that your first concept is laid out really nice, and the matching header and footer add some depth that I wouldn't expect. It looks cool. I also think that bringing in a little more of that fun orange, maybe just as accents, could really make things pop

Re: Project 4 Preliminary

Hi Heather, I love your first concept, it's unexpected and refreshing. And it's clean. I love the vector art/ illustrative feel for a graphics program...perfect. I wonder if adding a sun above the mountains might imply a "bright future" from attending TMCC...sorry I'm lame, but I do think ...

Re: Project 4 roughs

Hi Lin, I really like your second layout. Both are really clean but I love the transparent green overlay as your nav bar, its very eye pleasing. I think you really spiced up the site, without losing the overall professional feel. I have to say, I love the yellow in your first design, it. compliments...

Re: Project 04 Prelim

Hi Carl,

Nice job maintaining the consistent TMCC feel throughout. I like the free transparent overlay and your fonts too. I think it was a strong choice to use a black bg for your text. I would just give your body copy and headlines a little more padding.

Re: What do you call a preliminary race for bears?

Hi Stephanie, I like your second concept best. The first one is laid out well and totally works but the second one is just what the doctor ordered for the GAAMT site. We are, a visual arts program, after all. I love the use of white space in there still though. It's a strong composition. I think add...

Re: Project 4 Prelim

Hi Kassandra! I really like your first concept. It's super clean and I love the gradient overlays. It feels very modern and professional. If you're feeling like you're not in love with it yet, maybe try playing with a slightly more expressive font for your different headlines and titles. Could be a ...

Re: project04

Hi Gaving, I really like your second concept...I like the headline you chose. It's very attention-grabbing and the imagery behind it is nice and bright. It's a little difficult to view your buttons at the bottom of your home page as they get a little lost in the background images...maybe you could t...

Re: project 4 prelim

Hi Crysta,

I really like your first design. I love how playful the program title is. It allows you to keep the rest really simple and straightforward. Maybe you could try making your header, either white or TMCC green with a white logo. It might be too much but could be a nice extra splash of color
